Pros (+) Location is great and interior of rooms were nicely renovated; however exterior and common areas look like old Florida condo
Cons (-) I thought service was mediocre. Staff training and attitude is clearly lacking and falls way short for a property at this price level. Came back after a day being out and room not serviced. Not able to service since housekeepers go home. Promised housekeeper would be sent over from main property-never happened. Mediocre cleanliness. Missing service items.

Pros (+) The location was great, very clean and best of all you allowed big dogs.
Cons (-) not well signed on the road, the elimination area for the dogs was a little smal

Pros (+) We stayed for our Anniversary, was quiet and clean, and we were very happy with our room and our view of St Pete Beach. Loved it!
