Pros (+) Owners were friendly and helpful. Belgian waffles with fruit were tasty. Location was easy walking distance to Uptown, where many attractions are located. Street parking is free overnight, evenings, and for 2 hours during the day.
Cons (-) East Room bathroom was tiny and could use a upgrade. Heat wave during stay, made the 3rd floor bedroom uncomfortably warm, even with large fan. Owners did offer us a lower level room change after first night.

Pros (+) Convenient location to restaurants and center of the city. Comfortable bed. Nice sitting area. Very accommodating innkeepers, Cheryl and Dwight. Great breakfast; met my special dietary needs.
Cons (-) Bathroom and shower were a bit cramped but functional. Some debris at the bottom of stairs, but room was clean.
