Pros (+) Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) Amenities and breakfast were poor quality. There was ash and a cigar end in the windowsill of my non smoking room when I arrived.

Cons (-) It was cold in the room they provide a small heater that barely worked. Waffle machine was broken . The room smelled musty

Cons (-) Rude unhelpful staff. There was a miss communication between kayak and the hotel. The staff did little to help rectify it. I spent an hour in the lobby on the phone with talking with the receptionist and kayak trying to get checked in.

Cons (-) Hotel rooms were not clean. There were sticky stains on the desk that attracted ants. There was also some type of white, chunky/ crusty food stain near the bed. There was a towel still left on the balcony floor from the previous customer. Brown, crusty stain on the comforter.
