Cons (-) This is my second time staying here because of the location. However, the service was ridiculous this time. The two of three times I went to the front desk, to check in and to check out, no one was there and the front office was locked. I had to call them and wait for someone to come. Cons (-) Air conditioner under window was very loud and kept cycling on and off all night keeping me awake and I had to be alert for a meeting the next day.
Pros (+) Pretty clean, bathroom walls were water damaged and needed to be redone. Basically a travelers motel type of accommodation.

Pros (+) It was close to the Convention center at a decent price. Clean.
Cons (-) Poor parking facility. Even though I was given a parking permit, I still had to park my car on the streets.
