Pros (+) Receptionist was friendly. Check-in was easy. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Sofa was large and comfortable.
Cons (-) TV location in the double queen with sofa bed room was awkwardly positioned. Small space to walk through because of the dresser that is there holding the TV. Also the coffee station in the room did not have creamer, sugar, etc.

Pros (+) Hotel wasn't spotless but was cleaner than most. Very well kept. Room was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for what we had planned to do. The stay was worth the price paid.

Pros (+) The beds were very comfortable and restful!our room was clean and tidy. When I asked the front desk for additional pillows and sheets they provided it with a great attitude!
Cons (-) Would have preferred bacon instead of the country sausage provided. Did enjoy the fact that we were all able to have breakfast before leaving for our event.

Cons (-) Upon arrival, the night desk worker, Diedre, would not open the front door for 5 minutes. It was only after calling her that she came. Then she gave a copious amount of attitude and seemed upset that I had bothered her personal phone call in the back. She was rude throughout the check-in process.
