Pros (+) Very little. This is only slightly above IBIS in quality and had several of the same design items in the rooms as IBIS Budget.
Cons (-) The profile says "parking" - in reality the hotel only has 20 spaces, and those are almost always full we were told. The counter staff told us and the next three customers who showed up while we were checking in "find your own space on the street" -- which in Rouen is both very hard, and far to likely to have your morning start with a new dent in the car.
