Pros (+) Nothing as the overnight cost was $1500 including the lodging.
Cons (-) No parking lot security. Thieves broke into our semi truck and stole the batteries ($1400 damage and 12 hours of lost time.). Will never stay there again.
Cons (-) The room was dirty, old, bathroom faucet disgusting, looked like blood on shower curtain, if not it should have still been replaced.
Pros (+) Room was clean and stocked with no mechanical problems.
Cons (-) Ongoing renovation of the entire building makes the clash of renovated versus old plain to see, but hey that's why its so cheap as compared to other offerings. So 3 star on appearance and 4 star on value. I will use it again.

Pros (+) The staff was great, they did everything in their power to ensure customer service was at the top of their list. I even noticed they were very polite to very rude guests at times.
Cons (-) Honestly, you get what you pay for. The hotel is a bit out of date and would surely benefit from a fresh coat of paint in the rooms as well as some deep cleaning while off season.
