AC was very loud and was unable to be corrected during our 6 day stay. All else was very good. Excellent staff and easy walk to Roma Termini. Would stay again.

Our flight was canceled and I was worried the hotel would give away our room, but the room and the reservation were saved. Everyone at the hotel was lovely and helpful.

Cons (-) The staff and especially the manager are extremely rude. Be warned, stay far away from this hotel!
