Pros (+) Barmaid with blonde hair very friendly and good at her job .
Cons (-) Staff were not very friendly too laid back . Staff member hung up on us when we tried to book restaurant. Location was hard to find and staff were not good at describing the local transport or how to obtain tickets received a ticket from police because wasn't explained tickets were bought in newsagents . Noisy both mornings

Pros (+) The facilities were great from the room to the hotel restaurant and bar. The staff was really great and nice, there is a city bus that takes you to the city center so that was good. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) Not a lot of channels for tourist mainly Italian channels.

Cons (-) They advertised free wifi but the wifi hardly worked. The fridge in the room did not work and when we called about it, no one came to fix it. The pool closes at 7pm, thats way to early. The pool is small.
