Pros (+) Pillows were comfortable
Cons (-) The following were problems for my family: 1. No bugs in the bathroom 2. Bathroom door that shuts 3. Coffeemaker in the room 4. No smoke smell in the non smoking room 5. No Kleenex 6. Only one teeny tiny shampoo/conditioner bottle

Pros (+) The hotel room was clean, the room was small, you only get the bed and just enough space to move around. If you need a iron, ask for it at the front desk. I don't know if that's the same with a hairdryer. We paid less at the front desk than the booked price though your app service, but that giving us a headache already...
Cons (-) We got double charged, and just because the check in lady (pink or redish hair lady, I couldn't read her handwritten name tag) didn't take the time to check in her computer that our room was paid off already. It was obvious that she has no customer service at all. We were in Rockford for my father's funeral, now we have to deal with agoda.com to reverse the charges and prove to them that we got do...

Pros (+) Everything seemed newer and clean. Room smelled a little like cigarette smoke. Bed was very firm but comfortable enough. Decent value for the money.

Pros (+) The bed was great and the room was quiet. Great pizza place (Jerry's Pizza) just across the parking lot.
Cons (-) Room was small, no place to sit except on the bed. Floor was dirty in spots.

Pros (+) The beds were mostly comfortable. The water was hot. Parking was close. I didn't smell any smoke in the room.
Cons (-) There was not an iron, coffee maker or even enough towels in the room. If you rent a room for four people, you should not have to ask for a fourth towel. The smoking stations are right outside the doors, so you are but in the face with smoke as soon as you exit the room. Also, two vagrants were drinking under the mid stairwell.
