If you are looking at getting to your accommodation using public transport, the easiest way is to use bus line 235 which is run by Land To Air Express. Walk over to the Rochester International Airport bus stop which is located on the lower level outside the terminal and hop on the bus going in the direction of Rochester Kahler Mayo MN. The bus will run non-stop to the Rochester (Main Stop-Sinclair) MN bus stop, and you will be a 2m walk from the Kahler Grand Hotel.
