Pros (+) Ideally located, clean, breakfast, friendly staff, and reasonably priced.
Pros (+) Great reception upon arriving. Quick check in. Great property, i.e., clean, conveniently located, clean room, great breakfast and just overall a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay and not wanting to spent more of their budget on a hotel stay than necessary. My choice on my next visit to Richmond.
Pros (+) Nice, clean well maintained facility. They were able to check us in early, glad this was possible - it was a very long day of flight issues. Pool area was clean.
Cons (-) Nothing we didn't like - tip, balance your pool chemistry. Chlorine odor should not be that prevalent. Thanks

Cons (-) I'm a picky traveler with high standards but I can't find anything to comment negatively on our stay.
Pros (+) The staff was friendly. The room was a nice size and clean.
Cons (-) The bed was uncomfortable.. the mattress was hard, the pillows were flimsy, and the blanket was too thin. The hotel pool area and breakfast area were packed with kids so we did not use either.
Pros (+) The location was great for the U of Richmond graduation. The rooms were generously sized with a kitchenette. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. Breakfast was standard but very good with very friendly staff. All over, a great 2 days.
