Cons (-) Air conditioner was very noisy and turned on and off all night making it impossible to stay asleep.

Cons (-) My flight was canceled out of NYC so I never made it to Reno. The hotel refused to refund me the room or even hear about the circumstances. Pretty god awful customer service.
Pros (+) Price since we were here on business and had no desire to stay at one of the casinos. Friendly helpful staff.
Cons (-) Air conditioner didn't get quite cold enough. One very stained chair next to the desk sort of ruined the overall feeling of the otherwise nice and comfortable room for the price.
