Pros (+) Had an issue at check in, our reservation through a third party never reached the hotel. The front desk staff helped immensely in ensuring that we had a room while the third party fixed this issue. Rooms were clean and newly renovated, beds were comfortable.

I had to do so about the room above us after 45 minutes of kid or kids running back and forth almost continuously.
