Pros (+) It was close to stores and the subway.
Cons (-) The room smelled like smoke. The bed was not of a good quality. The sheets were dirty, perhaps not washed. It was not a pleasant night.

Cons (-) The area where we stayed kind of reminded me of my hometown but close to nyc.
Pros (+) Nothing we chose non smoking yet next door was smoking and when u came out your room you were hit with smoke smell
