Cons (-) Dried up blood plagued the bathroom along with bits of bloody tissue paper crusted to the floor. It clearly wasn't wiped down or disinfected which leads me to believe nothing was. There conveniently was no manager or anyone with half a brain to make decisions, and when we returned at night the managers response left on a note for us was: "there's nothing we can do if they still choose to stay here...

Pros (+) Easy access to the subway Walking distance to New York Hall of Science Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was fairly typical of a budget hotel, coffee quite drinkable

Pros (+) Free parking was a great perk. It's not accessible from the public, as far as I know, so I felt better parking there than on the street. It's not the best area of Queens but I can't fault the hotel for that. Booked this hotel because it was VERY close to Citi Field. It's a short walk or a quick drive away. If the room were cleaner I would have been very happy with it.
Cons (-) After checking in around 9PM, our room's door was open and there was a housekeeper spraying fabreeze inside. We found hair on the (unfitted and untucked) bottom sheet, stains on the quilt (which I'm still confident was a mattress pad), and the second sheet was on top of the quilt. On top of that there were *quite* visible handprints along the headboard. Wasn't comfortable sleeping in this bed afte...

Pros (+) The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. Car service to the hotel was on time
Cons (-) A non smoking room was reserved but it reeked of cigarette smoke. The location felt very unsafe and was there was no street lighting. I will be more careful in my investigation of the hotel's location prior to reserving
