Pros (+) I chose this place for its close proximity to my family. After reading some of the other reviews i was nervous. I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff was personable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. If this place had a parking lot it would have been 5 star rating all around from me.
Cons (-) My only con is the lack of parking. Its a busy area with restaurants lining the street making parking tricky.

Cons (-) Shower had mildew on tile floor and walls...needs to be re-tiled. My room was below the first floor and handicapped accessible (though I didn't need/request)...not sure if it was therefore seldom cleaned. Room was outdated

Cons (-) I called ahead to ask about parking and was told there was free parking. The available parking is a garage across the street, which is very good. It's costs $20/night. This is not bad, but not what I was told when I called ahead before booking.

Cons (-) I was travelling with my parents who are seniors. Check in service was terrible. Staff Judy L was unpleasant and actually rude which I found unbearable. Room service is non existent. Such a horrible stay for us.
