Pros (+) The location was great and the staff very helpful and courteous. Within walking distance of the cruise port. The decor and room arrangement was very attractive.
Cons (-) No coffee service in the morning, and the 3rd floor navigation to our room was confusing at first. Very choppy but I understand they brought together several old buildings.
Pros (+) The rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds too!
Cons (-) The shower head didn't move so our bathroom would get soaked every morning because it was a glass shower and there was nothing stopping the water from exiting the area.
Pros (+) Good location.
Cons (-) They were not very helpful wit directing to parking other than valet parking even though there is a lot right across the street.
