Pros (+) Friendly and helpful staff and good location
Cons (-) Rooms are a little dated and they were doing major renovations . Pool and beach area was just average.
Pros (+) Playas Conchas Chinas is a hidden gem. Extremely well maintained, clean, everything works, comfy beds, and an amazing staff! Yes there are stairs but it's like a stroll for through the garden. Great restaurants nearby and awesome snorkel spot right there. I could not have been more pleased with this find! They have easily earned my business for next year!
Cons (-) I can't think of one bad thing to say about this hotel!
