Pros (+) Staff was unconditional, very friendly and respectful. The pools were clean at all times as well as the whole property. The room was always clean and well maintained Their food is really good. Must try the japanese restaurant The beach is beautiful try snorkeling in there they have very cute fish.
Cons (-) Sometimes, the trolley took forever. And if you are planning on leaving the property early before the trolley starts operating try to walk to the lobby because when we had our excursion to marrietas islands we called for a ride to the lobby ( we were in tower 5) and they never made it.
