Pros (+) Location in center of town. Reasonable price.
Cons (-) Room was smelling badly of cigarette smoke and burns in carpet. Not asked if we wanted a non smoking room on booking or check in. 12 degrees plus windchill at 6pm on check in and reception locked and check in through hatch in window very cold and inhospitable.

Pros (+) A cheap place to spend the night. Rooms are relatively clean. Bathroom is clean.
Cons (-) Corridor and common areas need some work.

Pros (+) They are in the process of remodeling. Based on other's reviews I was worried about the condition/quality of the room, but it was great. Fresh paint, new fixtures, comfy bed. The staff was friendly. For the price, I would stay here again.
Cons (-) The guest before us smoked in the room. Not the hotels fault, but it definitely was unpleasant. Come on people, the parking lot is just a few feet away. Don't make everyone else suffer because of your laziness. No breakfast. They offered coffee, apples and oranges. Which, I guess is more than they have to offer, but a little extra on the breakfast bar would've been nice.
