Cons (-) Mattress was comfortable, but had a noticeable indent on one side where it appears the springs are seriously worn out. While some areas were cleaned well, the hardwood floors were not. The overall appearance outside was on par (mostly) with a two star hotel, however there was a substantial pile of debris out in front of a few of the rooms. I would not recommend for families.
