Very nice and clean pet friendly hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Free breakfast wasn't spectacular but it wasn't terrible.

Cons (-) I reserved a room with two beds. When I checked in all they had to give me was a handicapped room with a single bed. My sister and I had to sleep in the one bed for the first night until they could get another room to move us to for the second night. We receive no compensation for being put in the wrong room, having to switch rooms, etc.

Cons (-) When we booked it, we thought a double was two beds. Had to sleep in a bed with my little son and the snoring drove him crazy!
Pros (+) We loved the daily shuttle ride so that we did not have to drive into the city. This saved us money for parking and headaches from the terrible traffic! It is very convenient on the hour and they will pick you up within 45 minutes of your call. The beds are cozy and the breakfast was good.
Cons (-) I had reserved a king bed room but they degraded the room to quin bed due to malfunction of the heater, WITHOUT any compensation!!! In summary, We paid for the king bed and got the quin size bed.
