The location was great for what I needed but the room was messy and unclean. Not all the power outlets worked. The toilet bowl seat was cracked. The mattress are some of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. And the TV couldn't pick up very much, so we were only left with a few options that weren't very good.

Pros (+) We looked at the room, and smelled it, and turned right around & left! Seedy location with “gentleman’s club” next door.
Cons (-) If we’d known something about this part of town we wouldn’t have booked here. Spend the extra money to go somewhere else!

Pros (+) It's cheaper than other hotels. Low price, Wi-Fi & cable TV included. Check-in was somewhat fast & easy.
Cons (-) It's a sketchy place. A stranger knocked on my door. Not enough towels supplied or large towels supplied. Cheapest bed and sheets affordable. It's a place to sleep but don't expect luxury.

Cons (-) Allow me to paint a picture of my check-in and the kind of clientele strolling the motel grounds. A woman, well hydrated on adult bevergaes, complaining about counterfeit bills stumbled out of the office, a man in a haze walked by me asking if I wanted to buy something out of his bookbag, and a dude screaming off his balcony all helped to welcome me for my stay.
