Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but staff at the front door was aloof. Housekeeping didn’t show up until late afternoon, and we didn’t want to leave the room at that time, so we just exchanged towels with the very courteous maid.

Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable and the hotels design is outstanding. Really a beautiful hotel.
Cons (-) The rooms are small and the windows on the Penthouse level are smaller than on other floors and too high up (5 feet above floor) to see out of them.
