Pros (+) The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the black sand beaches and is very convenient. The staff were very attentive and when our air conditioner broke, they fixed it that day. The pool is big and relaxing. Plus we did not rent a car but took public transportation into Fira. The stop is just outside the Studios facility. Overall we would gladly return there.
Cons (-) They missed our pickup at the airport but when I called, they came right away.
