Pros (+) The staff was friendly enough, but it was probably because they said I was very polite which was a nice change for them.
Cons (-) The building looks dumpy. Upkeep is not high on their list of priorities. No amenities. They advertise breakfast, but that's not a thing there. We asked for towels twice (several hours apart). Both times we were told they were out of towels, but they did bring a couple up later on (they were stained though). The rooms are bare.
