Pros (+) The room I reserved was available this time but we did call to inform them we would be late and asked them to not give our room away
Cons (-) Found out in the late evening hours that the toilet would not flush. Called the front desk and was told maintenance had gone home I asked them to just bring me a plunger I was told it was locked in the maintenance office. The girl at the desk said she would move us then asked if I was a Hyatt Gold member (I am not) then was informed they couldn’t move us but would comp the bill from the restaurant...

Pros (+) Convenient to the airport Friendly staff Good breakfast
Cons (-) I reserved a king room but ended up with a double queen that was also a pet friendly room ,I was not traveling with pets. I turned down a queen room for a cheaper rate because I wanted a king bed.This room cost the same as the king ,I reserved thru hotels.com which was non refundable the manager did comp us a couple of drinks at the bar. I think I'll stay somewhere else next time

Cons (-) No one at the counter to check out early in the morning (6:00 am) Just had to drop the key cards on the desk and go didn't have time to wait . I can see a potential problem with that. Maybe put a secure box there if there won't be anyone at the desk at that time
