Pros (+) The Royal Cliff Grand is one of three hotels on the point in Pattaya. It's location is ideal for a relaxed feel and exclusive beach access. It's charm is that it has abundant amenties (7 pools, exclusive beach access, 10 restaurants).
Cons (-) The negatives of this resort are that the staff is unhelpful on basic items (bringing a laundry bag to the room) to late check out (harassed my partner into leaving the room earlier than original stated we could stay) to not helping with making a long distance call. If it wearnt for the facilities, I'd say stay someplace else.
