Cons (-) Dont get superior room. They throw you in a old motel , I thought I was staying in the building but instead they sent me to a rundown section.

Pros (+) Replacement room was very nice ,but had to put complaint in writing before anything was done .

Pros (+) The location was really great. The staff working the rooftop bar was absolutely fantastic.
Cons (-) My fiancé got a temporary hana tattoo and it left a few spots on the floor towel. The room staff made 0 effort to clean it and simply billed my room for the price of about 10 new floor towels.
Pros (+) Thanks for having the comforts of home. I felt relaxed and welcomed at Patong Resort. I felt safe and I appreciate your reasonable price for the such a lovely hotel. Swimming in your outdoor pool was a favorite!
Cons (-) Poor wifi in my room, but I was in Patong for fun... not for the wifi.
