Pros (+) Convenient location. Not too far from Patong night spots. And far enough to be quite at night(except noisy Naighbours).
Cons (-) I stayed there twice - first in second floor , second on first . First time was ok - just noisy neighbors and loud water that you can hear in your room even if somebody upstairs or downstairs using toilet or shower. Second time when I stayed downstairs I and my gf were bitten with bedbugs ... really bad. We had to run away... told reception about the issue - no reaction ...
