Cons (-) The staff at the registration desk were not knowledgeable or helpful. They also let the process get out of control with rude Chinese visitors cutting in front of those waiting in line or even at the counter. Even though I had booked on line, the check in was so slow as to be painful. Not sure I would go there again.

Pros (+) The staff was incredible. I booked a day short. After rebooking online they did everything to make stay wonderful. My girlfriend stayed an extra night I was not there but they accommodated her without problems. When I go back I will stay there again

Pros (+) We flew with Cebu Pacific from Sydney and walked straight over to the airport via a connecting walkway after collecting our bags. Perfect location.
