Pros (+) close to metro. friendly helpful staff.
Cons (-) I wish there were more common areas/amenities and lockers in room for luggage. I didn't feel unsafe in the neighborhood, but it was a little trashy (literally there was always trash everywhere even though I saw workers cleaning all the time).
