Pros (+) Location was great. That's it Staff at Seahaven were very nice. Too bad they have to deal with Palm Grove.
Cons (-) This entire building needs demolished. The pictures are not what you see in person. There is no room service, you have to take your dirty towels 1/2 mile away to exchange them and with traffic that's no quick task. They're are roaches. Drug use all around. Window units were extremely loud and not cold. 1/4 burners on stove work. The available cookware was stored in open box in the dirty floor. We ...

Cons (-) I did not walking upstairs on the outside deck boards need to be replaced scared I would fall threw the pool needed cleaning never cleaned while I was there and lights in pool not working just did not feel safe with the structure of the place

Cons (-) This was an awful hotel! Paper thin walls, tiny rooms that weren't worth the money, nasty complex.

Pros (+) Cleanish, good location, awesome water pressure, friendly staff. If u want a 5 star hotel then u better pay 5 star prices. Otherwise bring some bleach in a spray bottle & maybe a bug bomb, walk in, drop off ur stuff, change into ur bathing suits, spray down the bathroom/fridge etc with bleach, turn off the a/c, set off the bomb & go have some fun cause that's what it's all about! Would stay again!
Cons (-) Balcony door was difficult to open/close, bathroom door wouldn't close, pillows were awful, flying roach greeted us, office was in a different location then hotel. We paid for a beachfront room with a bathroom & four walls & that's exactly what we got
