Pros (+) The back door of the room opens onto a veranda / balcony directly adjacent to the beach, affording excellent beach views, sunsets, and the sound of the ocean lapping at the beach filling your room all night long if you leave the doors open.
Cons (-) A bit on the pricey side given that it's a very nice but definitely aging hotel. That said, the location and see view rooms with balcony are worth the extra cost.
