The Hotel is a XVIth century elegant villa surrounded by a large park with centuries old trees just on Chiani River and Carcaione Torrent confluence. The villa construction dates back to an enlargement of a tower named La Turchinetta ordered by Vincenzo Butius to Ippolito Scalza. The Villa designed according to a rectangular plan was realised in such a way that a deviation of the Carcaione torrent would get under one of the three arches that were sustaining it. The hotel is actually classified Four stars since it meets the requirements of such category for its structural characteristics as well as for its equipments and services- bar reading room 2 convention rooms from 20 a 60 places and restaurant. In the park customers can profit from a swimming pool immerged in the green.
