I liked all the amenities available, however when I stepped out of my room someone had set their trash outside of their room door and there was a roach right by the trash. Location was great, very close to the theme parks. It had a super market and liquor store right across the street. The outlet mall in walking distance was also a big plus. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, location, room and amenities of this hotel. It was close to all the Disney Parks. Definitely will vacation there the next time we're in Orlando.

Pros (+) Staff seemed interested in being helpful, despite poor follow through. Conveniently located to other of property attractions.
Cons (-) Property Tuscan style is too dark, inside and out. Room in need of updating and very poorly cleaned. Noisy and near a parking garage. Property layout requires too much walking to get to main facilities, should be more centrally located.
