Pros (+) The price was great! Staff are so friendly! Even though it is their job it does not seem that way, very genuine. Free parking is also great, not many places offer that anymore.
Cons (-) I really wish I didn’t have negative things to say, I feel I owe it to future guests to let them know. Transportation to the park is awful, the bus is super crowed, you have to sign up at 7:30 am everyday or you won’t get a spot. The air conditioning on the bus doesn’t always work and it goes to 4 locations. I suggest uber, we ended up doing that the last day. The second thing that happened there ...

Pros (+) This hotel was inexpensive since we bargain shopped for a rate, and it was very close to Universal (although a fair drive to Disney). It's also in a great location. Having breakfast included was really nice, even though it was the same thing every day. This hotel is good for what it is, which is a two stars. I just wish we'd spent a little more money to earn ourselves more comfort somewhere else.

While we had booked a King bed through a third party, we were given two queen beds, which shouldn't have been an issue, except that the beds were TINY.
