Pros (+) Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. There's not too much more to ask for.
Cons (-) Breakfast left little to be disired, but for a frees breakfast, I've had worse.

Cons (-) People in the center atrium talking so loud we could hear them in our room. We could also hear the family in the room next door, so maybe thin walls?

Pros (+) This is a family owned hotel and I was told that the family lives there. No wonder it's so clean! The beds were so comfortable, most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel!
