Pros (+) Beds were comfy, location was awesome, a block or so off of the boardwalk and beach right in the heart of OCMD
Cons (-) Coffee cups in the room, they had a coffee pot but no cups. Room was clean but could've stood to be cleaned a little better

Pros (+) Location location location good price clean but a bit small on the rooms. But. That's the way the old hotels are ,it's a beach thing. I will stay here again. If u are looking for chain hotel big and fabulous this is not for you. If u want a home town mom and pop vibe this has it
Cons (-) I was on the 3rd floor and it did not have.a it's own place to sit out side and relax like the other 2 floors

Cons (-) One couch in the living room area. Not much space to sit with family. .. other than that nice place
