Pros (+) The staff at this hotel is incredible. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy and comfortable. They setup activities for children on the weekends leading up to Christmas and the water park is wonderful for kids of all ages.
Cons (-) This year our room was located just outside of the water park, this added to the noise level. The staff could have controlled the older children in the young children area of the water park better.
