Cons (-) This business was closed. I had to pay for a taxi to the business because there was no shuttle. Once I got there I had to pay the taxi to take me to a different hotel. I did not get all my expenses returned. I'm very dissatisfied.

Pros (+) Building was clean beds were comfortable
Cons (-) Area around hotel was sketchy. People were walking through the parking lot at 11-12 o'clock at night fighting and just watching as we entered the hotel.
Pros (+) The beds were nice and the room is much nicer than the rest of the hotel appears to be.
Cons (-) The staff was rather rude, and actually came IN to our room before checkout to try and clean it up. The actual hotel isn't really that clean but it is pretty cheap I guess. IF YOU DO NOT BOOK DIRECT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A $50 HOLDING FEE.
Pros (+) The Interior smelled like cooked broccoli, floors were filthy in the hallways and common areas, and there was dried urine at the base of the toilet in the caulk. There was mold In the shower. The hotel boasts it's no-smoking status yet the room smelled of cigarettes. Staff were friendly but the facility is substandard

Pros (+) Hotel was average. Nothing fancy by any means. Building layout is silly and a bit disorganized.
Cons (-) Ate breakfast in their restaraunt that I discovered on my own on day 3 of four. I had a bill of $8.39 gave the server my card to pay and she came back with card and invoice and informed me that she had added a tip of $5.00. Had to go to the manager to credit my card back. Not very cool.

Cons (-) Another guest walked in our room. Apparently they issue same room to 2 different guests. Did not had water in morning for 2 hours. That delayed all the itineraries we made for that day. Big frustration. Corridor and elevator were not clean.
