Cons (-) We had to listen to the obnoxious neighbors talking all night because th walls are paper thin. The rear side of the hotel is a large ugly lot with access to a very unimpressive side of the building. When we first arrived, I was not impressed until we fit to the front desk. Lobby is very nice abs restaurant is FABTASTIC but make a reservation.
Pros (+) Common areas were beautiful (ie. lobby, restaurant). Location is about a 15-20 minute walk to the falls, and is close to quote a few restaurants.
Cons (-) Rooms were a bit outdated, but comfortable. Hallway near elevator and pool was very humid.
Cons (-) Window did not open in room. Everyone ignored the fact that the TV was broken. I've machine not working. Cleaning staff was over zealous about getting a tip. Overall would not recommend the hotel. Overpriced for what it was and service very below average

Pros (+) This hotel was really cool. If you like a place with a bit of history go here! We stayed in a king suite and it was really nice. Very clean and modern, not what we expected after viewing this rustic, heritage hotel. Location is great also.
Cons (-) For the price we paid It would have been nice if there was at least a continental breakfast included.
