Pros (+) Caroline at the front desk was amazing! She tried to find us a cleaner, more comfortable room. When that wasn't possible she brought us a fan and was very apologetic for the lack of cleanliness of our room. She even offered to clean it herself!

Cons (-) The pictures online did not match the hotel at all. The first room I was in the lights didn't work. We were put in a different room and that one had a shower/tub that got clogged the first time it was used and I had to pull SOMEONE ELSES HAIR out of the drain. Cons (-) The entire place smelled bad. The room was filthy and some of the outlets had exposed wires. There was a cup full of cigarette ashes on the balcony of a non-smoking room. There was an adult toy in the drawer.
