Cons (-) l was book hotel in your website, totally inconsistent with the online description，Outdoor swimming pool did not open, no water， Thirty two inch television is actually only a very small old-fashioned TV, And also no signal does not work，I ordered a king bed room, give me a queen bed room, all are not correspond, too bad, I'd like a refund

Cons (-) We booked our hotel using kayak and hotels.com. Once we got to the hotel we notice the parking lot was almost empty (not normal for Niagara Falls).
