Pros (+) Great employees with lovely attitudes
Pros (+) Location, housekeeping services, large room. Gym is spacious and it offers certain fitness activities to the guests, such as Pilates and Yoga.
Cons (-) The blinds didn't close totally and allow some lighting into the room. Next day it was fixed with Velcro straps. The front desk assured me that I had a view to 5th Ave and it wasn't true. I saw the back of other buildings towards W 55 St. The gym is spacious but the machines are outdated and only for a certain group of muscles.
