Pros (+) Location was excellent. Close to Chelsea Market, Art District. Easy walk to Greenwich Village and SoHo. Very clean and comfortable room; small, but standard for NYC. Nice breakfast. Very helpful and courteous staff. Will definitely return on future NYC trips.

Cons (-) The 2nd floor is WAY to close to the Friday crowds of rowdy people on the street. You are also right in the middle to 2 major late night clubs.
