Pros (+) This is a great location in the upper west side. Lots of little places for coffee or food. Several drug stores, diners, etc all within a block. Located across street from red line (1/2/3 train) so very convenient to rest of city. Nice neighborhood.

Wasn't a huge deal, I had a sleeping bag for my (10 year old) son, and we weren't in the room much anyway. Pros (+) The room was exactly what we'd reserved. It was small but clean and quiet. The hotel staff was very nice. The location is excellent. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the subway right outside the door.
