Pros (+) Easy check in and check out - all on a computer. Nice staff, perfect location for business on the east side.
Cons (-) My window was open the whole time and I couldn't figure out how to close it. The heating was VERY loud.
Pros (+) Clean and modern bathroom, plenty of room for a nyc hotel room. The purified filtered water on every floor was amazing! The terrace was lovely.
