Pros (+) The room was great! The staff was friendly and helpful! They had our room ready for an early check-in 6 hours prior to our check-in time! I would definitely stay there again!
Pros (+) The hotel was very clean and nice.
Cons (-) The WI-FI connection was horrible. No room service. The breakfast was a joke. And even with the 'do not disturb' sign hanging on our door, house keeping continued to knock in our door, even walking in to our room.

Cons (-) The only issue we had is that it was confusing getting from the garage to the hotel lobby on the 11th floor. Otherwise everything was stellar.
Pros (+) Love the location! A couple of blocks away from French Quarter keeps the craziness away but close enough to walk everywhere.

They confirmed it and I saw them type the request into the system, so I find the 8 am knock quite inappropriate.
